Recently my wife and I purchased a piece of property near our home in Somerset, the land is steep and did not have much for access throughout the property, that was until I reached out to an ad placed in the Gold Panner. Erik took my call and met me on a weekend in the rain to look at the property. Weather prevented us from getting right to work but fast forward several weeks I now have an abundance of access throughout the land.
